Plzeňský Prazdroj has founded a new Company Fund to support activities which are beneficial to the environment and community life. Finances from this fund will be used to help beneficial local projects in the surroundings of the company’s breweries within existing programmes such as Kozel lidem (Kozel to People), Prazdroj lidem (Prazdroj to People) and Radegast lidem (Radegast to People) but also to contribute to further initiatives with a positive impact on the environment as part of the nation-wide challenge Na budoucnost (To the Future). This year Prazdroj has allocated more than CZK 3.5 M to this fund. All four programmes that are part of this recently established fund started accepting applications as of today.
“We established this fund in cooperation with Nadace partnerství (Partnership Foundation) and our common goal is to look for projects with a positive impact on nature, society and communities. We want to cooperate in supporting useful ideas and activities, not only in the surroundings of our breweries, but also across all the Czech Republic,” says Pavlína Kalousová, Plzeňský Prazdroj Corporate Affairs Director.
